THE WELLNESS ALCHEMIST
Transforming women’s lives for over a decade through body based therapy.
I know that it might feel like you have tried it ALL to feel good in your body…
You have read ALL the self-help books, try to live a holistic lifestyle to balance your hormones or heal your gut, you have tried talk therapy for years… but you STILL feel so disconnected from yourself like you have to drag yourself out of bed, zone out all day at work, and then come home and feel like a couch potato all evening.
You know in your heart you are worthy to be THRIVING in your life… I want to show you that this is SO possible for you.

COURTNEY
My passion for healing and the body began in 2009 when I took my first yoga class while attending The Ohio State University. I was so moved on how AMAZING I felt in my body just by moving my body alone. After my first class at Yoga on High in Columbus, Ohio, I deeply knew that helping others learn how to connect with their bodies would be my life’s mission.
I continued my journey and moved to San Francisco where I graduated with a master of science in occupational therapy from Dominican University of California. From there I gained experience in working in the acute rehabilitation setting (Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center in the Bay Area and Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago) - working primarily with adults with neurological injuries (traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury). I loved how much mindful movement, sensory based OT practices, and teaching my patients how to properly breathe facilitated so much healing in my patients.
The past 10 years of working as an occupational therapist has taught me the importance of learning how to feel SAFE in your body.
WHAT SETS US APART
a little more about me
-
There is nothing compared to the freedom I feel when I am on a horse! It helps me drop into my body and the present moment. I love how soothing it is to be around horses… they are incredibly intuitive!
-
I love a lavender iced matcha latte from Vacancy Coffee in Newport Beach, CA!

I have an eleven year old dachshund named Millie! She is my everything!
