MEET COURTNEY
Courtney founded Body Wisdom OT in May of 2020 as a way to help her clients learn how to deeply connect with their bodies and prevent future hospitalizations.
With over 10 years of studying the brain/body connection and working as an occupational therapist in various hospital settings, Courtney directly saw how much emotions can show up in the body and lead to many chronic issues.
Her unique approach to healing involves teaching her clients how to regulate their nervous system’s through body based practices and somatic healing.
